Mr. Merrick is a Kentucky native that moved to Florida in 2004 and has enjoyed the great Florida weather for the past 5 years. He has been residing in Estero, Florida where he is an active member of the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Elk's Lodge #2753 as the youth events chair, and Vice President of the Coconut Chapter for The Go To Network. Mr. Merrick has been the manager of branch #1889 for the past 2.5 years and is currently specializing in FHA and VA loans all over the U.S.A. He is also currently looking to continue hiring experienced loan officers to build the area's leading mortgage lender. During his free time Merrick likes enjoys playing basketball, reading, and continuing to train in martial arts.

Diane Modrcin has been actively involved in the Finance business arena for over 20 years. She has managed both loan production and processing staff for companies such as Executive Mortgage of Kansas City and Home Mortgage Finance. She was previosly employed as a Senior Loan Officer for GMAC and a Private Mortgage Banker for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. She has insight into the various facets of the mortgage finance process and provides outstanding customer service. She has managed past client relationships in her book of business to optimize customer satisfaction.

In March 2003, Courtney joined the mortgage industry as a processor. The high’s and low’s of her own first home buying experience inspired her to help others - by guiding them through the process. Courtney began 2004 as a Licensed Mortgage Broker and has dedicated herself to making the home buying process as smooth as possible for her clients.
After six years in the mortgage industry, Courtney’s favorite part is still the hugs she receives from happy homeowners at the closing table.
